Many families of Pakistani origin living abroad face the challenge of drug and alcohol addiction. Every patient is important, and treating international clients brings additional concerns — travel, language, culture and staying in touch with family far away.
The New Inception receives enquiries from families in the UK, USA, Canada and Europe. With each client’s background in mind, TNI publishes the following arrangements for overseas patients.

WhatsApp our team- Pick-up and drop-off from the airport by our medical team
- Rooms with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a fridge and power back-up (inverter)
- English-language classes and lectures for patients who have difficulty understanding Urdu
- A religious scholar available to teach the basics of Islam and Nazra Quran
- Regular updates for the patient and family about medication and progress
- Letters or supporting documents provided to the patient if needed
- Paramedical staff appointed for the patient’s safety, especially during detoxification
- A special diet according to the patient’s choice, where medically appropriate
- Concurrent medical issues treated alongside addiction or psychiatric care
- Other specific requests considered by management
